Core Advantages

1.High-Quality Silicon Steel Material

Selected high-purity silicon steel (silicon content 0.8%-4.8%), with excellent magnetic conductivity and electrical resistivity. Adopt high-grade CRGO and non-oriented silicon steel, such as Baosteel, Wugang to ensure stable performance. Thickness options: 0.23mm, 0.27mm, 0.30mm, 0.35mm, etc., to meet different application needs.

2. Precision Manufacturing Process

Automatic winding and CNC precision cutting, ensuring uniform magnetic circuit and high dimensional accuracy (±0.01mm). Vacuum annealing process to eliminate mechanical stress and improve silicon steel performance.

3. Low Loss & Energy Saving

Silicon steel material has low eddy current loss and hysteresis loss, reducing power consumption. Comply with "dual carbon" strategy, RoHS/REACH certification, green and low-carbon. At 1.7T/50HZ, the maximum core loss is only 1.05w/kg, with excellent energy-saving effect.
