Yuyao Jirui Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., founded in 2001, is located in Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, China. We are professional manufacturer of standard and non-standard EI, UI, TL silicon steel sheets, toroidal cores, square cores, elliptical cores and various stamping parts, which are widely used in electronic and electrical equipment.
The company has obtained ISO 9001 and TÜV Rheinland factory certifications. We follow strict quality management standards to guarantee stable performance and reliable quality of all products.
Benefiting from our strategic location close to Ningbo Port — one of China’s major international ports — we enjoy superior transportation and logistics support for global shipment.
Our factory covers an area of 12,000 square meters with 85 employees, including 3 professional R&D engineers, 6 quality inspectors and 20 skilled technical staff. We have built a complete system integrating research & development, production and quality control. Our key production facilities include 15 high-speed precision automatic presses, 4 automatic toroidal winding machines, 10 semi-automatic short material processing machines, 12 annealing furnaces and more than 100 sets of molds.
Our annual production capacity reaches over 10,000 tons of silicon steel sheets and 2,000 tons of toroidal cores. Our products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions across the globe.
